Small Group Training:
With our Small Group Training setting you will be placed in a group of other like minded clients (typically ranging from 4-8 people).
Our Certified Personal Trainers will place you in your appropriate level of training that coincides with your goals and current fitness level. In the Small Group setting you will still experience a customized approach to your specific needs that are associated with your specific goals. The Small Group Training adds similar benefits as the Private Training while also adding the comradery and accountabilty components with other workout partners. The biggest benefit is this is done at a fraction of the cost of the Private Training. We also offer a 14 day free trial to give you an opportunity to try out this training style to see if it is a perfect fit for you and your goals.
