Justin Beers

Justin’s Bio: I reside in the Lehigh Valley area. Training has been a significant part of my life since I began in 2005 at the age of 15. It became my first and foremost hobby which I would like to one day compete in. Now, all these years later, I decided it was finally time to expand my interest and help others find the same passion for something I love. It brings me satisfaction to watch people reach their goals and find a fitter, healthier self.

Carissa Morenci

Carissa’s bio: My passion for health and fitness came at a very young age, whether it was riding my bike throughout the neighborhood or exercising at the gym. After receiving a bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, I decided to fulfill my passion and further my education in the fitness industry by becoming a Certified Personal Trainer. I value the benefits each client receives from exercising and living a more balanced lifestyle. I believe my optimistic and enthusiastic personality motivates clients to the next level!

Bill Lohr

As a kid I was heavy into playing sports, but once I discovered the places music could take you I fell head over heels for it. That led to me playing and touring in bands for the better part of a decade. Once I was done being active in the local music community, my desire for a new obsession quickly took over. I was always intrigued by bodybuilding. Whether it was through the sports I played or the gym we had in our house growing up, I always knew that weights were there for me. Never forgiving and always willing to bring out the best in me, weightlifting quickly consumed my life. Fast-forward a handful of years… I have now made Fitness my life! While getting certified to be a Personal Trainer I took my own journey and turned it into a powerful urge to help others discover their best-self that has been dying to be unleashed! I look forward to being your coach.

Nick’s Bio: I have been in the fitness industry since February of 2008. My passion for sports and working out led to a desire to help others excel in their lives. This is what motivated me to become a fitness professional. In my early years as a personal trainer, I viewed my role as solely to get people into the best physical health possible. Over the years, I’ve come to take a more holistic approach towards my clients focusing on transforming them physically, mentally, and spiritually. This transfomation process that my clients go through is how I measure my success. I strive each day to perform my calling as a fitness professional with integrity and continue to lead by example. This will be my legacy.
